How to Control Ego

Ego means I. It means to show all time self-image. Human being can not be perfect in all. But when a person has egotism, he thinks, he is perfect in all and started to feel negative if anyone hurt his ego. There are lots stress, anger, jealousy emotions will come and you will never be healthy and happy.  So, it is very necessary to control the ego.

Following are very simple steps to control ego. If you will follow these steps, you will control ego and same ego energy, you can use for achieving your goal very fastly.  You will be all time healthy.

1. When a person has insulted you, never take it personal.
2. Never share your plan to the person who is not in your team
3. Apologize if you do mistake, forgive, if other did mistake.

Today is Shri Krishan Janam Ashatmi . This day , Shri Krishan Bhagvan was born in Mathura Jail . His mother name was Devaki and his father name was Vasudeva . He was 8th son of devaki . Kansa was the devil and he wanted to kill eight son but he could not succeed in this mission because , Vasudeva took him Vrindavana . Here he spent his childhood and from his childhood he started the work of managing cows and carried them for food . When he became young , he went to Mathura . He killed Kansa devil and bring his parent from Jail of Mathura .

Why should we celebrate Shri Krishan janmashatmi ?

Its answer is very simple . Shri Krishan bhagvan is great person of India . He gave the advice of doing karma and our karma should be nishkam . Every body have three powers . One is physical . It is made by eating of good food , good exercises and take rest . Second power is the power of brain . We can solve every problem with our brain but it has also the limit because , some it does not support us to decide best . Third and last power is the power of soul . Its other name is power of spirituality . If you have not any physical and brain power but you have power of spirituality . Then it means you have great power of the world because with this power , you can win the world . Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji said that if you win you mind , it means you have won whole world and we can win our mind with the help of spirituality only because power of spirituality is more than power of mind . Mind shows us wrong way of life . It likes sex , angryness , greediness , deep false love and false pride and we tasted all these evils with our five working tools and five knowledge tools and reduce our all physical and brain power . But , if our spiritual power will rise , then we can defeat all mind's evil and we can focus on one aim to meet real God . We want to absorb him but mind carry us to wrong way of life and in end we all die with achieving our great aim of life . So , get the power of spirituality and getting the power of spirituality is very easy . For getting the power of spirituality , you only bring your attention in the front of God . Feel all time that one supreme power is watching to you . If you do any sin work , that God will punish you . You have to learn the love of God and trust that wealth of spirituality is the most valuable wealth of world and material wealth is zero in the front of this .

Today , I think to stop to use plastic bags because it is creating pollution on the earth . It is non destructible product which is not absorbed by nature , so it is very dangerous for balance in nature . This is tough for me because I use plastic bags for getting vegetables , fruits from market and also it uses for getting many material for my home . But I am very rational . What , I think , I do practical , it is reality that without firm determination , you can no do any thing . Why am I writing these things in today in my thought blog ? Answer is very simple that I want to write what I do practical . All practical works comes from thinking or thought . If every body starts to use clothes bags instead of plastic bags we can save our place from dust which can be used for agricultural production .

That thoughts are useful which is used in life practically , otherwise thoughts is just blacking the pages . I understand this decision is very tough for me . Because , I bans on plastic bags from my life , it means , I will never use plastic bags in emergency . But this my decision can give millions people good direction to do this great work in life . There are also following benefits if you do not use plastic bags :

1. Plastic bags cost is added in the cost of your domestic product , if you use cloths bags , you can reduce the cost of domestic product . It will surely reduce inflation of necessary products .
2. Plastic bags stop the flow of water inside of earth , so it is very dangerous for agriculture . In land where plastic bags are in high quantity , that land becomes sterile or wasted so do not use plastic bags .
3. Plastic bags , some time is eaten by street cows and they die with this , so we are also doing sin work for using plastic bags .
4. Plastic bags are non absorbable waste , so increasing it means increasing the level of waste in your colony. If you do not use plastic bags , you can save and clean you town from this wastage .
5. Plastic bags when made after first used in recycle processes in factories , a large number of chemical included in this and it is very dangerous for human health if you use plastic bags for carrying and bringing vegetables for home .

Today , I have select this title , is it correct " my thoughts are not your thoughts" . No it is incorrect , my thought is absolutely your thought . Ek Onkar

Ik Onkar ( ੴ, ਇਕ ਓਅੰਕਾਰ, Ēk Ōaṅkār, Roman transliteration Ik Onkar) is our real God . He is only one not only this world but millions of worlds according to Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji . His name is only true . He is the operator of all work from beginning of world . He does not fear from anybody. There is no hatred and no enemy of him . His existence is unaffected by time and he does not take birth and he is self-existent . In sanskrit , it is called OM .

I think this name is so easy to speak because there is no tongue distrubance . There is also very great meaning of this great word . There are many benefits of speaking "Ek Onkar " , which can be explain in following way :

(a) When a person starts to remember true God with true name , his mind becomes spiritual and pure .

(b) After speaking Ek Onkar , he forget to hate with other , he understands that every body is the part of God . This is my weak point , so in future he never hates with others . This is the real welfare of world when everybody leaves the bad thinking of hate .

(c) With speaking Ek Onkar , we can make friendship with our Sworn enemy because , in this great word has the power . God has no enemy . When we speak his name , it means that we should not make enemy in this world . Our behaviour becomes just like friend with others .

(d) When we find salvation , we never wonder in 84 lakh births of different living organs.

It is true that Human Unity and personal Identity is in Indian Traditions. Our Spiritual personalities like Swami Vivekananda , Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Guru Gobind Singh Ji and others have taught us our Indian Traditions. They did not differentiate people on the basis of caste and religion but gave true lesson of humanity. They said us that we should be integrated . But today , We are forgetting our Traditions and by adopting Internet , I am understanding , what are we losing . Just Sex and Violence is increasing but patience and true love is decreasing. My thought on the thoughts of swami Vivekanand

With my small and narrow thinking, I am unable to write my best thoughts on thoughts of Swami Vivekanand. Where my thinking level is stopped, from that point swami Vivekanand starts to think. If I try to compare my thoughts with the thoughts of Swami Vivekanand, then my thought is just dust of the feet of the thoughts of swami Vivekanand. Because Swami Vivekanad’s thought are so wide which only that person can understand who reaches the spiritual level of swami Vivekanand.

I can take one example of his thoughts, Swami Vivekanand said in his books that we can see God in every person, and service of human being is real service of God. But I thought on any body, I just say that this is the creation of God but it is not God. But the level of believing of Swami Vivekanand is so scientific.

I think he want to show whole world that God has made his golden temple in the heart of every human being, so we can real pray of god by helping the poor and needy people .My life and my thoughts are so motivated by the thoughts of Swami Vivekanand. I think swami Vivekanand’s thought is ocean of knowledge, education, spirit and science.

He contributes his life in the fire for changing all persons by his thoughts .He said that every person’s personality is with his good thoughts and not with his dress and fashion. In future, I will try to give the detail of some new thoughts of Swami Vivekanand. So be patient and wait. Now just read the poem of real quality of God which is translating in English by Swami Vivekanand. But Indian poet has written in Hindi. So I am same write in Hindi but I have use English script.

My thought on marriage

Today I am writing my thought on marriage, It is not necessary that you will agree with my thoughts. Marriage is not just partnership between man and woman. It is link of two personality with love and personality . If you think that marriage is just for satisfying sexual need. Then this is not good definition. Because, sex is not our basic need our basic need is love . Which is true and time never change it . If you want to marry just for the sake of sexual satisfaction then never marriage with other. Now one question is arisen in my thinking .

Is it necessary to marry with other ????????????????????????????

My thoughts gives me idea that it is not necessary because without marriage we can live a good life , without marriage we can make food , without marriage we can enjoy the life
But my thought in end says me that marriage is very necessary because without the partnership of love and affection life is not complete , without the marriage we are ignoring the law and order of God but

In end my thoughts gives me suggestion that marriage is on your will , you can marry or not , it is your decision , take it very carefully because after marriage you can not take decision or remarriage because this is sin .

If you have taken the decision not to marry with any girl in whole world. Then , try to make an aim for welfare so that people will say you dharma father . If you do not want to marry then do not spend your life just for the sake of enjoy , write something , read something . Never read sexual literature because it will misguide you to do that thing which is not good .

Shri krisha gave great education of doing duty and not desire of getting results . So we are celebrating his birthday , today 24/08/08 . Congratulations all of you . Because Shri krisha has great thoughts and ideas . If any body acts upon these thoughts he can change his whole life and become perfect in the struggle of life .

Gita is Great book of world . It is just written book of Shri Krisha’s education . A large number of people writes the book on Gita . My guide Dr. Mathura Dass Sawtanter has also write a small book on bal Gita in Hindi .
But today , I am trying to give my thoughts on Gita .

Gita’s first chapter is said arjun vishad yog . It is drawn the picture of Arjun’s anxious mind in this chapter , korav had abducted pandav’s state with cheating . Pandav tried that by any way they obtain their state part without fighting . But they cannot succeed . Sinner dharyodan said clearly that he would not give them a place equal to needle’s point .
On this , the fight started with vigour , assume it was competition of unrighteous and righteous . Pandav have stood for killing .in the battle field of krukshetra .Arjun is abrave man among pandav .Pandav fully faith on the arms’ power . Arjun’s mind fills with deep love to see his relatives ready to kill each other .His intellect feels giddy he is uncertain what to do one side , the question is to do the duty , other side’s question is to kill his relatives that ‘s all he is nervous .
His body feels to tremble , soft and small hairs of body is stood , mouth is dried up .
In this way his rationality is destructed and his thoughts of duty and non duty is died . Arjun is a devotee of shri Krishna and shri Krishna is a charioteer in battlefield . Arjun tells shri Krishna that O God ! why he kill elder aged man and relatives , It will be very bad . , I understand good to beg .

Arjun denied to fight .His bow throw upon earth and sadly with filled eyes he sets on the corner of chariot .
So , this lesson is called Arjun vishad yog.
Shri Krishna gave immortal education . It is moral advice after watching this situation of arjun which is called Gita .Shri Krishna makes arjun understand that hey arjun ! your heart has filled with deep love with your relatives .Why are you agitating with deep love .You have understood same both body and soul.This is your mistake .Every body’s soul is immortal and body indestructible . Only body cuts with sword not soul .Dying of body soul does not die .Soul always exists and will always exist .Birth and die is only for body , soul is ever young and immortal .
See Arjun ! Duty is lovable thing , if you will not do the duty your soul will fall down . You will be downfall .Your fight is moral fight .Join in moral fight after sacrificing all deep love .If you died in this moral fight , then you will go to paradise .Your welfare in both situations .You have ball shaped sweetmeat in your both hands . .Hey arjun ! you do your duty with equal feeling , fighting without act attachment feeling fight to know equal to pleasure , sadness , profit –loss ,win – defeat . You will not become sinful to do such things. This lesson is concerned to soul relative knowledge . Therefore this lesson is called Gyan Yog .
Arjun is anxious in this type that he does not understand Krishna’s secret talking .He again ask the question which begins third chapter of Gita .Third chapter explains Karam yog. Karam yog is also called unselfish yog . Do their duty with any desire of result .This is called unselfish yog.
Gita says ,” leave result and do the work “
Leave hope and do duty
Do duty unselfishly
This is unforgettable voice of Gita .He fells who leave duty , he climbs who leave results , while doing duty . This is the theme of Gita .
God Krishna says that hey arjun ! your right is in doing the duty , your right is not on its results .your welfare is also in this .
Hey Arjun ! Raja Janank had obtained supernatural powers with doing duty .You do duty to establish model for people . With fighting and doing duty such a way , there will be a way effect on your coming progeny . You reputation will exist for long time .

My thoughts on Coaching

Coaching is a teaching. Every student wants a good coach who guides him. We know that coaching centre is a place where coaching work is done by coach. But best benefit of is that it can easily improve the weak students in obtaining education. Coach's personal attachment with student has its own effect. It is different from school education because more than 30-40 students in class is not a place where each and every will grow. But only maximum limit of 10 students in any coaching centre can change their behavior. Coaching is very interesting to those who want to not only his subject but all other areas of knowledge which can not be given by teacher in formal school.
Only an expert in the field of education can give coaching. Suppose If I want to give the coaching of subject of English .then I must know full grammar of English and vocabulary. If any student wants to know the biggest word of English dictionary .I should knowledge to give the answer of my student's question. With simple say I will say the word contemporaneousness is the biggest word of English dictionary. It is noun and it is the state of being contemporary. So I can easily help of my student .According to Swami Vivekananda the great Indian philosopher said that A coach is single person who can develop his student fully both mentally, physically and spiritually .
Qualification of Coaching consultant:-

Because we are discussing topic under human resource. So Every employee nee some practical coaching of office or factory work so that he can face every challenge of his organization. The qualification includes a specialize degree of coaching subject. He should be in home at his subject.
A coaching consultant gets two earning. One they get reputation other they get money. But they make our clients life. I always remember my coach Dr. Mathura dass sawtanter who guided me in a way so that I stand on my own foot. He is my real God.

3. He must know the psychology. The psychology is science of mind .coach should read the mind of client.

I am spiritual person .I believe in God .I think that is most powerful but he is most kind person not just person but he is our father , mother , friend , brother and each and every thing . I can easily feel him because there are so many think which can only make by God like stars , sun , moon , earth , natural smell in flowers.
He is single owner of millions of world . This world is his just small creation . But he has million creation like this . God always listens the suffering of all peoples . When a person calls him with his heart , God likes his calling and help with many way. He keeps us safe from every misshapening . God gives all things which are necessary for us . We often forget him but God , never forget us. God always carries his system like operation of sun , production of food , water and air for the welfare of human being . God wants that my son and daughter all human being become strong like me . He gives full support , if you feel that I am alone , this is your weak thinking because , God is always with you .
